french Philosophy
The main goal of the French (as a third language) program is to develop the ability to communicate with native speakers. In other words, the student will be able to engage in conversation, express feelings and emotions, and exchange opinions. In addition, he/she will be able to understand and interpret spoken and written French on a variety of topics. Finally, he/she will be able to present information to an audience of listeners or readers on limited topics. Advanced students will also be prepared to take the DELF placement test.
